2021 Viognier
Pale gold colour with aromas of anise and chamomile tea. In the mouth, a marzipan, apricot and citrus finish with lovely salinity. It is a white wine crafted for the red wine drinker. Guardacaccia Cellars, 2021 Viognier pairs well with seafood, pork, paella, mild curries and poultry.

Guardacaccia Cellars
2018 Granacha & Carignan
Cherry garnet colour with ripe berry aromas and violet floral notes. In the mouth, baked blackberry, plum, and fresh muddled herbs finished with firm leathery tannins. Guardacaccia Cellars Red Blend pairs well with BBQ, roasted meats, game, mild curries and soft, wash-rind cheeses.
