Meet Darren Fabian, sommelier, cocktail connoisseur, and the driving force behind Mandriano Beverage Co. With over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry and extensive travels, Darren is driven by his passion for delivering top-tier beverages without the premium price tag.
Darren is the proprietor of Guardacaccia Cellars, a wine label that allows him to showcase his passion for crafting vibrant and well-rounded wines. Each varietal is a testament to his experience — wines for a discerning palate that won’t break the bank.
But that's not all. Darren is also the mastermind behind Back Bar, where epic cocktails bring excitement to any beer fridge and make backyard barbecues and catch-up sessions with old friends, truly unforgettable!
